All-Inclusive Intimate Wedding
• Starting at $12,000 •
With an Intimate Wedding you can celebrate with your closest friends and family (25 guests or fewer). We make planning your wedding as smooth as possible with this package! The planning process is streamlined because it includes ALL your main vendors, so you are able to focus on what matters most--this time with your fiance and being surrounded by the people you love!
Vendors Included:
Officiant to perform your ceremony
Photographer: 5 hours of coverage
Florist: Personal flowers for couple, up to 4 personals for friends/family (corsages and/or boutonnieres), ceremony structure + florals, up to 3 centerpieces, and cake flowers
Ceremony Music: Live Musician or DJ for 1 hour
Reception Music: DJ for 4 hours to include Cocktail Hour, Dinner and Dancing (additional time or Live Musician + Emcee can be added if desired)
Planning Services Included:
Our Music Template, Ceremony Script Examples and Gratuity Guide are provided
Month-to-month Planning Checklist is provided
Recommendations for ceremony and reception location(s)
Acquire location permit(s) on your behalf, if necessary
Up to three planning meetings
Planning support throughout entire planning process
Provide recommendations for vendors based on your budget and design (in addition to those already included)
Inquire with additional vendors outside of package for availability, pricing, and request contracts on your behalf
Create and manage Day of Timeline
Schedule and attend vendor meetings
In communication with all hired vendors throughout planning process
Create and maintain Vendor Payment Schedule
Provide decor and design recommendations and research sourcing options
Review all vendor contracts and location permit(s)
Create customized floorplan of event space(s)
Conduct final location walkthrough with appropriate vendors, if requested
Review final details with all vendors one week prior to event
Coordination of Ceremony Rehearsal
Lead Coordinator and at least one assistant for the day of your event
Day of Coordination of all vendors
Set-up of personal décor items (card box, guest book, seating chart, guest favors, cake topper, etc.)
Emergency Kit available at all times
Arrange and set all escort cards or place cards and seating chart
Verify floorplan for placement of tables and correct quantity of chairs
Greet guests upon arrival to Ceremony Location
Ensure personal flowers are provided to the appropriate wedding party and family members
Organize those involved in the Ceremony and cue Ceremony music
Assist your witness(es) while they sign your marriage certificate
Transfer personal decor items from Ceremony site to Reception site
Assist in escorting guests to event spaces
Help guests find their tables as necessary
Organize those involved in Grand Entrance
Work hand in hand with DJ / Emcee to ensure Day of Timeline and announcements are executed as planned
Cue those who are giving speeches
Distribute vendor gratuities and any final payments due
Contracted through the conclusion of reception formalities
Communication with Lead Planner begins once contracted

We make planning an elopement for just the two of you simple and stress-free! The process is streamlined because it includes ALL your main vendors, and the elements of your ceremony are customized to fit you best!
