Provide venue recommendations via email if needed

Client contacts all venue(s) and vendors and collects all proposals

Up to two meetings including a final venue walkthrough

Review all venue and hired vendor contracts

Create event diagram

Coordinate rental needs

Check-in with all vendors one week prior to event

Day of Coordination of all vendors

Set-up of client provided items day-of

Verify event space is set correctly 

Ensure schedule is executed as planned

 

We are contracted through the conclusion of your event and will oversee vendor load-out and check out with venue representative. 

 

Planning with Lead Coordinator begins 6 weeks prior to event

Coordinate rental needs

Check-in with all vendors one week prior to event

Day of Coordination of all vendors

Set-up of personal décor items day-of

Verify event space is set correctly 

Ensure schedule is executed as planned

 

We are contracted through the conclusion of your event and will ensure all personal décor is packed and delivered to its assigned location on property,

oversee vendor load-out, and check out with venue representative.
