Full service wedding planning including rehearsal dinner, welcome party, and farewell brunch. We are with you every step of the way -- from venue + vendor research and budget management to comprehensive event design and styling. We start working with you right away to create your dream wedding that's truly inspired by you!
Welcome Call to review Initial Planning Documents once contracted
Assistance with venue research and selection
Collaborate with local Planner as a liaison
Consistent meetings and planning support throughout entire planning process
Create and maintain Customized Month-to-Month Planning Checklist
Create and maintain Customized Budget Worksheet
Research and inquire with vendors for availability, pricing, and request contracts on your behalf
Partner with travel agency to help with travel and accommodations for you and your guests
Create and manage Day of Timeline
Schedule and attend vendor meetings, virtually
In communication with all hired vendors throughout planning process
Create and maintain Vendor Payment Schedule
Create digital floral inspiration board
Create digital overall event design inspiration board
Provide decor and design recommendations and research sourcing options
Assist with selection of invitation suite design
Create customized floorplan of event space(s)
Conduct final venue walkthrough with appropriate vendors upon arrival to destination
Planning of your rehearsal dinner / welcome party and farewell brunch are included.
Communication with Lead Planner begins once contracted
Round trip air travel, accommodations, and per diem for Lead Planner + Assistant to be billed in addition to services; based on current rates at time of booking.

For the Couple who has secured their venue and the majority of their vendors and desires planning support and design guidance. To get started, we provide you with customized planning tools and begin working with you 6 months prior so you are fully supported leading up to your wedding.

Up to six meetings prior to your wedding (final venue walkthrough dependent on destination)
